  • How do I place my order?

    It can't get easier than this. All you gotta do is browse through the website and look for the item you want to purchase. You can browse awesome t-shirts at TeeZen store or buy a limited edition t-shirt available every weekdays at homepage. Then enter the quantity for the desired size you'd like to purchase, click "Add to cart" button to add t-shirt in the shopping cart. After you have finalized all the items you wish to purchase, begin the checkout process. During checkout process you would be able to review your order, modify the shipping Information, view Shipping methods, view billing information, and place your order. Soon enough you shall receive an order confirmation email. When your order gets shipped, you get a final email for the same too. NOTE: Shirts are only held for you once you place an order. Adding a shirt to your cart does not guarantee that you'll be able to purchase it at a later date. It's quite possible for an item to sell out while in your cart. Hence, buy 'em before you lose 'em.
  • What are the shipping options available and how much they cost? or

  • What should I do if I haven't received my order in the specified numbers of days?

    Please e-mail us at support@teezen.com with your order number and email address. However before do so, first of all please check your order confirmation to make sure it was your address that you typed and not someone else's. Do contact you neighbors in case item may have been delivered to them in your absence
  • Do you accept International orders?

    Yes we do. We ship almost everywhere on this planet. Try finding your country of shipment on shipping information page, we bet it will be there.
  • How do I pay for my order?

    You can pay by using all major credit cards or net banking via PayPal or EBS.
  • What are the currencies, I can pay for my order in?

    Prices are available in United States Dollar, Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Swiss Franc, Euro ( for German and France), Hong Kong Dollar, Israeli shekel, Indian Rupees, Japanese Yen, Mexican Peso, New Zealand Dollar, Singapore Dollar, Great Britain Pound, and for other countries US Dollar.
  • Is the site secure?

    Any personal information given to Teezen is protected. Any personal information of yours is not shared to any third party and TeeZen server makes it sure that your personal information is secured with the latest firewall and encryption techniques while you are ordering your item. Furthermore, Teezen does not store your credit card information at any time, to protect the customers to the fullest extent. We have 128 bit SSL during the payment process to make sure a safe data transmission over the network
  • How do I check my order status or how can I look up my order details?

    If you are having an user account with TeeZen while you were logged in and placing an order, you order status is saved in the "My Order" section in My account page.

    Alternatively, if you do not have an account with TeeZen then, you can check your order status at Order tracking page
  • Can I stop by your warehouse and buy stuff?

    As of now the answer is No; however we are considering the option.
  • Can I send my order as a gift?

    Yes, absolutely you can. For such cases, we would not send invoice with your ordered item.

    Further, we believe in saving trees, so we encourage you not to opt for paper invoice to be sent with your ordered item.

    During checkout, you can check or uncheck the option for getting paper invoice with your ordered item.
  • What is TeeZen Return/exchange policy or How do I cancel or make changes to my order?

    Orders once placed may not be cancelled. We only have return or exchange policy. A 30 days period is valid for you to return/exchange your order. The exchange policy can occur in a situation where Teezen has delivered an item of incorrect size, color or design. Under such circumstances, the shipping costs for resending the item shall be borne by TeeZen.
    However, under the return policy, say you have purchased a wrong size that doesn't fit you. In such a case, you have to bear the shipping costs and Teezen shall not be liable for the same.
    For processing of orders under both return and exchange policy, you have to send us email at support@teezen.com mentioning your order number (If possible, please tell us why do you want to return or exchange the item. That will help us to improve our quality and service.). We will get back to you in maximum 2 working days with instruction for sending the item back. However please note return/exchange will only be accepted if t-shirt is in original package and has not been washed/worn/repacked ever.
  • Was my order placed if I wasn't sent a confirmation email?

    Your order is probably placed, if you have completed all the steps of the checkout process and submitted an order but didn't receive an email confirmation .Do not place the order again as it might result in a duplicate shipment. If you did not receive the confirmation email for your email address provided to us while ordering your item at Teezen, chances are that it might have gone to your spam folder or you might have mistyped your email address with us. However, if you have an account with Teezen, you can easily locate your order details in under "My orders" section in "My account" page.

  • How do I know my ordered item has been shipped?

    You will receive an e-mail, when we ship your ordered item. Alternatively you can check the order status at tracking page
  • Why was I charged sales tax?

    If that has happened, then we cannot help much in this regard. We need to follow government rules and regulations in some states or courtiers.
  • If an item I ordered is now on sale, do you match the sale price?

    Sorry we do not.
  • How old do you have to be to join TeeZen?

    You just need to be 13 years or older to join Teezen.
  • How do I open an account at TeeZen?

    Go to Teezen and find Login/Register option on the very top right menu. Make sure you enter your valid email address, where we can send you account information and further emails related to your activites at TeeZen.com. Also please make sure our emails do not end up going to your spam/junk mail folder in order to avoid any important information sent out to you through e-mail.
  • How do I update personal info or password of my account?

    Log in to your account to visit My account page, where you can edit anything related to your account.
  • How do I change my profile photo?

    Log in to your account to visit My account page, where you can upload your new profile photo or select from a set of available images.
    Voila, you have your profile photo now.
  • Can I cancel my user account?

    We hate losing any TeeZen user; however we respect someone's wish. For this, you would have to send a request email to support@teezen.com and further action will be taken in max 2 working days.
  • Can I buy a sold-out item?

    May not be or may be. Some of our limited edition t-shirts get re-printed, if they do well in their overall performance during one day sale and in rating system. You can click "Notify me if this gets printed" button in sold out item's detail page and enter your e-mail address, so that if the desired design gets printed then we will notify you via e-mail.
  • How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from the newsletter?

    Click here to join/leave the newsletter subscription.

  • Can I place a phone or mail order?

    As of now, this option is not available. Orders can only be placed online
  • How can I print my order receipt?

    If you are having an user account with TeeZen while you were logged in and placing an order, you order hstory is saved in the "My Order" section in My account page. There you can find your order number, click on it to view/print the order receipt.

    Alternatively, if you do not have an account with TeeZen then, you can check still print your order receipt by entering your order number and the email address used for placing the order at Order tracking page
  • Do you need a TeeZen account to place an order?

    Not necessarily, you can place an order without being a member at TeeZen.
    By the way, it's always FREE to join Teezen, you can create profile, rate designs, make friends with other members on the forum, post entries on the blog and much more. We are sure you'll have an amazing experience once you are overboard on Teezen.
  • What happens if I forgot my password?

    If you have somehow forgotten your name/password, please visit login page and click "forgot password" link and follow further instructions to retrieve your password
  • Can I track my shipment?

    You may be able to track your shipment depending on the shipping method. Please visit shipping information page for more information.
  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    If you received a confirmation email of shipping from us, your order has been shipped from our warehouse. We ship the item in three business days, and the delivery time depends on the service provider. From our end, we ship the item in three business days.
  • How do I have an order shipped to a PO/APO/AE Box?

    We send item via USPS for such order only in USA.
  • Do you offer bulk shipping discounts?

    Please contact support@teezen.com for any kind of discounts/offers.
  • How can I avoid paying customs fees?

    We know custom fees proves to be an excess baggage but we also need to follow their rules and fill out all customs forms properly by marking the package correctly and including the value of the tees. Any kind of haste can risk the shipment returned to us or being prohibited from shipping to that country. And please be aware that shipments sent as gifts may still be charged customs fees. To find out how not to be charged customs fees, please contact your local customs office for more information. In certain countries, most countries allow up to a certain value of goods into the country without any additional duties and taxes.

    What kind of T-shirt does TeeZen sell?

    The TeeZen t-shirts are especially made to meet premium quality expectation using environment friendly processes. All our t-shirts are 100% cotton. Fabric is ring spun and super-combed with bio-wash & soft flow dyeing. That makes TeeZen t-shirts extra soft and having excellent color fastness with rich look. All TeeZen t-shirts follow a contemporary closer-fitting style. If you prefer a baggier look, please order a larger size.
    Most of our printings use eco-friendly water color or discharge printing that gives a soft feeling and great color fastness.
  • What are the different sizes of your t-shirts?

  • Who designs the Teezen's product?

    Teezen is a place where members are designers from their own fields. You so have the guarantee of the genuineness of the design and authenticity on TeeZen, also regarding the awesomeness attached to the tee. We also have professional designers as members of TeeZen in-house design team and not any amateur. Hence you get the reliability of the craftsmanship of the designer.
  • What are the washing instructions?

  • How do I know what size I wear?

    Please refer to the size chart page. These are the shirt sizes and not your body sizes, however we recommend measuring a shirt that fits you well. To know of the width, measure just under the armholes on one side of the garment. To measure the length, measure from the shoulder seam to the bottom seam of the shirt. And please do not forget to add 0.5 to 1 inch on both measurements to account for shrinkage. Now compare your measurements to the size chart to see what size best suits you
