Acceptance of Terms

User Account, Password, and Security

You will have unique set of user id and password a password upon completing the Site's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and user id, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to-

• * Immediately notify 'TeeZen' of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and
• * Ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. TeeZen cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply issue related to user if and password related to a account.

User Conduct

You are agreed to use this site and any products in accordance with all applicable law of United States of America, and will not take any action that harms or violates the rights of any person or entity, or violate any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement document.

Intellectual Property Policy

TeeZen respects the intellectual property rights of others. We ask our users to do the same. TeeZen may terminate the accounts of users who appear to infringe the copyright or other intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe that your Content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright and/or trademark infringement, please notify TeeZen's Copyright Agent, and provide the following information ("Notice"):

Warranty

You also represent that there are no outstanding disputes in connection with the property rights, intellectual property rights or other rights in the content or any parts of the content. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TeeZen.com, or any parent, subsidiary, affiliate, director, officer, employee, licensor, distributor, supplier, agent, reseller, owner, or operator of TeeZen.com, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any

1. errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content,
2. personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of our website,
3. any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein,
4. any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website,

You specifically acknowledge that TeeZen.com shall not be liable for user submissions or for any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party and that the risk of harm or damage from the foregoing rests entirely with you.

The Website is controlled and offered by TeeZen.com from its facilities in United States of America. TeeZen.com makes no representations that the Website is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access or use the Website from other jurisdictions do so at their own volition and are responsible for compliance with local law.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold TeeZen and TeeZen's officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors harmless from all judgments, awards, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees, expert witness fees, and costs of litigation arising out of or based on

Termination

TeeZen.com may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your TeeZen.com account and access to the Website and any other TeeZen.com services. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to:

1. breaches or violations of the Terms of Use other incorporated agreements or guidelines,
2. requests by law enforcement or other government agencies,
3. a request by you (self-initiated account deletions),
4. discontinuance or material modification to the Website (or any part thereof),
5. unexpected technical or security issues or problems,
6. extended periods of inactivity,
7. engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities, and/or
8. nonpayment of any fees owed by you in connection with the Website or any other TeeZen.com product.

Termination of your TeeZen.com account includes:-

1. removal of access to all pages within the Website,
2. deletion of your password and all related information, files and materials, including User Submissions associated with or inside your account (or any part thereof) and
3. barring of further use of the Website.

Further, you agree that all terminations for cause shall be made TeeZen.com's sole discretion and that TeeZen.com shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account, any associated email address, or access to the Website. TeeZen.com also reserves the right to refuse or reject any order without any prior notice.
